It includes a great deal of familiarity with a large canvas of hardware and software environments running the gamut of proprietary mainframes and minicomputers, Unix and Linux based environments, Windows based Servers and workstations and IBM AS/400 and iSeries installations. It encompasses the knowledge born out of managing operations and projects from start-ups through Multi-national corporations across North America and Asia-Pacific.

Identify the prospect’s business issues and present Initechs' solution effectively
Articulate and successfully navigate through the different parts of the solution
Maintain a conceptual knowledge of Initechs solution in order to address the prospects' pain points
Maintain a real-time understanding of the competitive landscape.
Required Background
Past experience of sales in a similar environment
Experience of wearing multiple hats
Experience in working in commission based environment
